Poison Dart Frog Trap[edit]

This trap is a fairly simple one. It is a pressure plate connected to a rope. Once an adventurer steps on the pressure plate, the rope pulls on a sensitive trigger, normally in the ceiling, and releases dozens of poison dart frogs. Any Medium or smaller creature who gets hit by a frog must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 hour. This trap does not affect undead or constructs made from non-organic parts.
