Egyptian Mummy

Egyptian Mummy
Magical
In ancient Egypt, Egyptians believed that if they left out any limbs in their paintings of their dead kings in their tombs that in the afterlife, those kings would be missing limbs, but if they painted them looking straight at the viewer, the painting would become too real and jump off the wall. This trap is a mixture of that belief and the magic behind it. On a wall, door, or even the floor, is a painting of a dashing Egyptian man, but looking straight out at the viewer. If the viewer looks into the eyes of the painting or touches it, the painting will come to life, jump off the wall, grow, and take the stats of a mummy or mummy lord (DM’s choice).
